CALL FOR PROPOSALS

  • POSTER PRESENTATIONS

    The Oklahoma Chapter of NATS welcomes proposals for poster presentations at our conference. Undergraduate and Graduate students are also encouraged to apply provided they are sponsored by a Texoma NATS teacher. Please submit a 250 word abstract of your proposed topic in MS Word to Dr. Autumn West by January 24, 2025. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel and notifications will be made by February 10th. The Poster Presentation session will be held on Saturday, April 5th from 2-3p.m. TCC will be able to provide a limited number of easels for the presentations. Posters should be able to fit and stand on a standard presentation easel. 

  • SESSION PROPOSALS

    The Interest Sessions presented by our membership have proved to offer much appreciated resources and venues to disseminate artistry and scholarship that further the mission and vision of our organization.  Please consider participating as a presenter at the 2025 Oklahoma Chapter of NATS Conference. Session Proposals are due January 24, 2025 with announcement of selection by February 10. Should you have any questions, please contact Vice President Dr. Autumn West.
